We are pleased to welcome you to the Master of Public Management and Administration (MPMA) Course at the Graduate School of Business at Rikkyo University.
Founded in 1874, Rikkyo University is one of Japan’s most distinguished private institutions. Having celebrated our 150th anniversary in 2024, we are now taking our next steps forward. We remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering a learning environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can engage in open and constructive dialogue. The MPMA Course, launched in 2016 as part of the Top Global University Project, is specifically designed for mid-career professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in policy analysis and management within the public and non-governmental sectors. Our faculty members, who possess both academic rigor and extensive practical experience, are dedicated to providing an education that is not only intellectually challenging but also highly relevant to the complex social issues of our time.
