New Faculty Appointment: Professor Seunghoo Lim
OBJECTIVE.
Welcome Message: Professor Seunghoo Lim has been selected to assume a faculty position at Rikkyo MPMA.
We are delighted to welcome Professor Seunghoo Lim as a full Professor in the Master of Public Management and Administration course at Rikkyo University's Graduate School of Business, effective from September 1, 2025.
Professor Lim's previous service at the International University of Japan (IUJ) included significant contributions to research and graduate education in the fields of public management and policy analysis.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration from Florida State University, and his research interests include policy processes, governance networks, disaster management, and public and nonprofit management.
Professor Lim is an award-winning scholar and active member of the international academic community. His scholarly contributions have been featured in prominent journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in both theoretical and applied policy studies.
